Priced to fit. No surprises.
Two ways to pay for the same work. The subscription is the simplest way in — one flat monthly fee, nothing up front, stop whenever. Prefer to own it outright? We quote that in writing before anything starts.
We build it, host it and look after it. The monthly scales with the size of the build — a simple site starts at $149, and we agree the number before anything begins.
Plain terms: while you subscribe we host and maintain it. Stop paying and we take it offline — nothing is held hostage, but nothing keeps running either.
A one-time build, from a single tool to your whole operation. The code, data and accounts are yours to keep.
A good site nobody finds isn’t working.
Most local businesses get found on the map before they get found on the website. Keeping that right is steady, unglamorous work — and it is the difference between a site that looks good and a phone that rings.
Goes on top of either option above, and cancels separately whenever you like.
We do not run paid ads. That is a different business with a different risk, and we would rather do one thing properly than spend a budget we cannot honestly promise a return on.
What you’re actually comparing it to.

The things owners ask first.
What exactly is the free preview?
Before you commit anything, we design and build a real, clickable piece of your system — usually a key screen or flow — so you can see the quality and direction. No deck, no obligation.
How does pricing work?
Two ways. Either a monthly subscription from $149 — no setup fee, cancel any time — where we build, host and maintain the whole thing for you; what it costs depends on the size of the build and we agree it up front. Or a one-time build, quoted in writing before anything starts — we do not publish a price because the number depends entirely on what you need — 50% up front and 50% at delivery, with three months of maintenance included — $50/mo after that if you want us to carry on looking after it. No surprise invoices either way.
How long does a project take?
Most projects ship in three to ten weeks depending on scope. You see progress in weekly demos — you’re never waiting in the dark until launch.
Do we own the code and the work?
It depends which way you buy. On the one-time build, everything is yours at delivery — code, design, accounts — with no lock-in. On the $149/mo subscription you are renting a system we host and maintain, so if you stop paying we take it offline. You can buy it out at any point and own it outright, and we will always tell you the number.
Do you do marketing as well?
One thing, properly: local search. We set up and look after your Google Business Profile, build the pages for the areas you serve, and keep reviews coming in — $249 a month on top of either option above, cancelled separately whenever you like. We do not run paid ads. Managing an ad budget is a different business with a different risk, and we would rather do one thing well than take money we cannot honestly promise a return on.
Do you offer ongoing support?
It is built into the subscription — hosting, monitoring, updates and small changes are all included while you are on it. If you bought the build outright, the first three months of maintenance and bug fixes are included, and after that it is $50 a month for us to keep maintaining it and fixing anything that comes up. Entirely optional — the system is yours either way.
